Meet Michel Schiess

I’m Michel Schiess, a South Florida real estate professional and Mortgage Loan Originator with decades of experience helping clients buy, sell, and finance real estate.

Originally from Switzerland, I began my real estate career there in 1980 before moving to Boca Raton in 1992. I obtained my Florida real estate and mortgage licenses in 1997 and have since completed more than 1,000 real estate and mortgage transactions.

My experience in both real estate and mortgage lending allows me to anticipate potential issues, explain every step clearly, and guide my clients confidently from the initial conversation through closing. I approach every transaction with personal attention and the precision of a Swiss watch.
